She's competitive, but not aggressive, like other realtors, and gave advice regarding the pricing and marketing of the house we sold, which we followed.  Her team diligently kept up with the changing market conditions and Current Market Analysis (CMA's) which helped us decide on a price to list our home.  All tools available to market the property were used.  Social media, in addition to posting signs on the property and the surrounding area advertising the home for sale, were used. Photographs of the inside and outside of the home on social media were excellent and portrayed our home as it was.  A buyer was found after 5 of being listed. As a result of Melissa and her team's excellent attention to detail, plus the daily contact with us and the buyer's agent our home sold and closed 15 days after the contract was approved and signed. All steps to sell our home from the listing to the buyer/selling contract, house inspection, title company's escrow work and the closing went extremely smooth.  Melissa and her team were able to give us the individual time and effort needed to sell our house at the price we wanted.
